Machine Parts Fabrication

• Provision of machinery and fabrication support for the Electronics Facilities, including normal and precision turning, drilling milling, grinding, cutting, welding, shearing, banding, punching, heat treating and painting.

A new facility of surface mounted devices is housed in 2,000 sq. meters of floor space. The SMD facility includes the following systems :

Radiation/convection oven
Interconnecting conveyer 
Component (SMD) placement system
Dual wave soldering system
Dual cleaning system solvent/aqueous

• Provision of machinery and fabrication support for the Electronics Facilities, including normal and precision turning, drilling, milling, grinding, cutting, welding, shearing, bending, punching, heat treating and painting.

• Provision of manufacturing and assembly capability for P.C. boards, coil, transformers, wiring harnesses, component forming and cutting, coating and potting.
