FIRST CUT SHOP

This Shop is capable to first cut any type of metals in various forms, such as plates, sheets, bars and extrusions.

The following equipment is available:

Band saws - up to 36" throat

Hack saws - up to 16" x 12" sq.

Shears - up to 144" throat

TOOL FABRICATION SHOP

This Shop is capable to produce templates, form blocks, milling and assembly jigs and fixtures, gauges, and dies.

SHEET METAL AND SURFACE TREATMENT SHOP

This Shop is capable to cut and form straight and contour flanged parts, curved sections, parts with large bend radii (single or double curvature), shallow and deep recessed parts for civil and military aircraft & helicopters.

This Shop is capable to produce multi-axis metallic parts used in structural components for military & civil aircraft and helicopters.

TUBING SHOP

This Shop is capable of producing all types of metallic tubing forms and assemblies for military & civil aircraft and helicopters.

End finishing/de-burring machines - up to 3" OD tubes

Tube data center (Mod: EATON LEONARD) - Laser measuring

CNC Tube Benders (Mod: EATON LEONARD) - up to 3" OD tubes

Permaswage, Dynaswave, Wiggins machines - up to 3" OD tubes

Tube testers - up to 8000 psi

Automatic boom/column Welder (SAF) - up to 6 ton pos/ner

Stamping/Marking (Mod: VIDEOJET) - ink jet

INSPECTION SHOPS

These shops are capable to inspect all machined parts. sheet metal parts, tubes, as well as assembled parts manufactured by HAI's Aerostructures Manufacturing facilities.

Various inspection instruments, gauges, and optical alignment equipment

ASSEMBLY AREA

The Assembly area is approximately 8,000 sq. meters with a clean height of 8.05 meters.

It is equipped with five (5) tones overhead crane, a 30 sq.m. paint shop with controlled temperature and humidity, a curing oven (painted parts) with controlled temperature, space-matic riveting guns and a semi automatic riveting machine.
