| 14-1-2005 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SIGNED
BY HAI S.A. & AEGEAN AIRLINES
On 14 January 2005 it was signed by the Chairman and Managing Director
of AEGEAN AIRLINES, Mr. Theodoros Vassilakis and the Managing Director
of Hellenic Aerospace Industry S.A., Mr. Tassos Philippakos a Maintenance
Framework Agreement for the AEGEAN AIRLINES aircraft.
This Framework Agreement concern scheduled and non-scheduled workload
of maintenance for the planes BOEING 737-300/-400 and AVRO RJ-100,
including aircraft components and engines.
The signature of the Framework Agreement is included in the frames
of mapping out the strategy of the new Hellenic Aerospace Industry
Management for the next five years, aiming at the entry of the company
in the extremely competitive market of maintenance of Civil Aviation.
The Management of HAI and AEGEAN AIRLINES pay an extremely importance
in this collaboration and they are convinced that it will be crowned
with absolute success, so that - in next phase - this collaboration
will be extended in the heavy maintenance of the above aircraft,
engines, as well as their auxiliary systems.
