Ground Air Defence and Weapon Systems Radars - Ground Systems

Function

Repair and overhaul of ground electronic systems, assemblies and sub-assemblies, including mechanical repair and alignments. On-Site inspection & repair as necessary (IRAN) and emergency support for the following major systems:

• Search and Height Finder Radars

• 3-D Radars (RSRD)

• Hawk Missile Radars

• Ground Control Approach Radars (GCA)

• Ground TACAN 

Equipment

A modern test and repair station for support of radar indicators, with a multi-system test console using state-of-the-art electronics analysis, test and monitoring equipment and tools. Also available are mobile maintenance vans especially equipped for on-site support.

Air to Air Missiles

Function

Repair, Overhaul and Modifications in the Guidance and Control Systems. Full repair capability to component level for the Seeker, Electronics and Servo Section of Missiles, such as the AIM-9-P3 and AIM-9-P4.

Equipment

Universal rate station providing simulation conditions for automatic testing of GCS section.
Dedicated test stations for overhaul of the Seeker, Electronics and Servo station.
Clean room class 10,000 for Gyro repairs.
Potting station. 

Supplemental calibration equipment.

Automatic test station for functional testing of the missile PCBs.
