12-11-2004 JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN HAI S.A. & PRATT & WHITNEY (USA)

Hellenic Aerospace Industry S.A. and Pratt and Whitney (USA) established today a Joint Venture Company, which will be activated commercially in the international market and will function as a complete Centre of General Repair of systems controls and components of commercial and military aircraft engines.

The American company owns the 51% of shares, while the rest 49% is owned by HAI.

The Joint Venture Company under the name “1-Source Aero Services” will be based at the facilities of Hellenic Aerospace Industry, Schimatari Viotias in Greece and is expected to be in complete operation in the beginning 2006.
