The Ambassador of the United States of America H.E Mr. Daniel V. Speckhard accompanied by Mrs. Deborah McCarthy Deputy Chief of Mission as well as by U.S Embassy and Office of Defense Cooperation delegates visited today Hellenic Aerospace Industry’s (HAI) facilities in Tanagra.

H.E Mr. Speckhard and his delegation met with HAI’s Chairman of the Board Mr. Kyriakos Linakis, the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Tasos Philippakos, the Chief Operating Officer Mr. Athanassios Chronopoulos and the company’s executives. The visit included a plant tour to HAI’s production facilities and a meeting with HAI’s management team. During the meeting, the delegation was informed about HAI’s capabilities, prospects, future plans, and ongoing projects with U.S companies from the Defence and Aerospace Sector.

The U.S Ambassador Mr. Speckhard during the meeting stated that:
“We are very impressed with the capabilities that HAI has developed. HAI’s cooperation with US companies through the years has been very successful and I strongly believe that this cooperation will be further enhanced in the future”.

Mr. Linakis welcomed the U.S. Ambassador and expressed his sincere gratitude for his presence at HAI’s facilities and said that “HAI’s business relationships with the U.S. Airforce and major sector companies is especially strong and successful”
