The training programs are either full scope or modular courses both aimed at helping the trainees expand their abilities on a wide range of aviation industry disciplines or in management and logistics. All such programs are approved by Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) and are conducted either in fully equipped classroom / laboratory environment or, mostly, by applying the on-the-job-training principle through the full use of the company's work environment.

Capabilities Enhancement

In designing our training packages we consider as main objective helping our customers expand their aviation maintenance capabilities up to third or fourth level (Depot Maintenance or Major Overhaul). To this effect we have come up with concrete training solutions for our customers.

Full Scope Programs

Designed to admit background trainees and turn them into skilled technicians and specialists. Experienced personnel can also be accommodated in such programs through an applicable procedure.

Versatile Modular Programmes

Subdivided into independent modules to allow intermediate admittance of trainees without disrupting the continuity of the course. Prospective trainees may preselect and schedule their enrollment along the progress of a program.

Classroom/On-The-Job-Training (OJT)

The conventional classroom/lab training environment, although valuable, has proven insufficient to produce technicians with advanced maintenance capabilities. Therefore, the advanced phases of our current programs are mostly conducted in the production areas by applying the OJT principle.

Performance Closely Monitored and Recorded

Trainees are guided by experienced training specialists and production training instructors through the performance of various tasks. All accomplished tasks are entered and signed off in properly maintained Job Proficiency Guides (JPG's) which then constitute a permanent element of the Trainee File.

In addition, the training services provide custom made programmes developed upon request, to meet special customer requirements and offer consultancy and assistance to customers for setting up their own training establishments.

 All training programmes are offered in Greek or English, but the English Language training is the key factor for the successful outcome of our training efforts. Our fully equipped modern Language Lab is the place where our highly qualified language experts ascertain the existing English Comprehension Level (ECL) of trainees and help them to improve it.
